The Peninsula is set up for self-catering and you are welcome to bring your own gourmet supplies, or you may like to take advantage of our local dining venues or in-house catering options.
Dover is home to many fishing families and their catches - crayfish, abalone, and many types of wild fish are brought in from our clear southern waters. Atlantic salmon is farmed and harvested here in Esperance Bay as well as shellfish such as oysters, mussels and scallops. Many are exported worldwide and, being a seasonal catch, some are only available at certain times of the year.
There's a selection of complimentary condiments for your own use in The Peninsula's pantry including salt, pepper, Twinings teas, UHT milk, herbs and spices, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and rice and pasta.
For other supplies, there is a national supermarket and well-stocked IGA in Huonville as well as the Dover Grocer and IGA nearby to The Peninsula.
Make your choice and relax with a glass of local wine while you cook up a feast on the barbeque provided!
